  As a novice in the ceramic industry, Li Qizhi paid the price of a year for his growth.

  In the month of trial operation, there were still sales of 20000 to 300000 yuan, but since then, business has been very cold, especially the upgrade of brand names, which actually has an impact on dealers. However, by the opening day of this year, the popularity had significantly rebounded. Li Qizhi told Lao Lang that on the day of opening, groups of people entered the store and signed a total of 12 orders.

  In order to enhance the brand's influence in the local area, Li Qizhi launched 11 "anti-aircraft gun" advertisements in Tianzhu County.

  Now, after the increase in influence, the reflection on sales is the most intuitive, so Li Qizhi is very confident in completing this year's task.

  Li Qizhi, born in 1988 in Fuzhou, Jiangxi, holds a technical secondary school degree. After working in his hometown for several years, he came to Tianzhu County, Qiandongnan Prefecture on the recommendation of his uncle to start a lighting business.

  But at that time, the performance of LED lights was not stable, and after-sales problems caused Li Qizhi to lose 370000 yuan. Therefore, two years later, he gave up the lighting business and turned to selling bathroom and street lights. Li Qizhi's bathroom and street lamp business turned losses into profits. Li Qizhi supplied street lamps and bathroom products at the bus station, party school, and Lantian Kindergarten in Tianzhu County.

  But there were too many after-sales problems, which prompted Li Qizhi to switch to the ceramic tile business. Because in his opinion, there are not so many after-sales issues with ceramic tiles.

  However, after only 4 months as an agent for a Jiangxi ceramic tile brand, one color difference problem "killed me" (Li Qizhi's original words). This is the fundamental reason why Li Qizhi finally chose Deer Marble Tiles.

  The Qiandongnan Trade and Logistics City, which has four to five hundred merchants, originally had an alliance, and Li Qizhi was the chairman of this alliance. After acting as the agent of Deer Marble Tiles, Li Qizhi went further and became the vice president of "Aishang Home" Building Materials Alliance. And this is closely related to his network accumulated through years of hard work in Tianzhu County.

  Tianzhu County is actually a small place, with a population of only 470000, but there are many tile brands, including Marco Polo, Dongpeng, Mona Lisa, Guanzhu, Samite, New Zhongyuan, Chang'an and Anji, just like a small Foshan. In addition, there are also Jiangxi tiles. Li Qizhi estimated that there are no less than 40 ceramic tile brands in Tianzhu County.

  In this environment, Li Qizhi carefully analyzed the channel expansion of Deer Marble Tiles, and then determined the primary and secondary. In his mind, the cross industry alliance, which accounts for 60% of the market share, is definitely the first channel, while store retail, which accounts for about 20% of the market share, is the second channel.   Holding a dinner party and signing for the CEO, Li Qizhi said he struggles every month to find a way out. He told Laolang that he was doing a thank-you meeting for the bricklayers and old customers, and the old customers could get points after buying bricks in the Deer Marble Tiles store. The points could be transferred to others for buying bricks or converted into cash.

  Li Qizhi candidly stated that the brand name upgrade, especially when he changed the store just three months after signing the contract, local owners would have ideas for distributors, which is why he launched 11 "anti-aircraft gun" advertisements in one go.
