  In fact, Nan Dongcheng was not originally engaged in the ceramic tile business. He studied photography at Communication University of Zhejiang in Hangzhou. He also went to TV stations as a video assistant during his internship.

  It was during his two month internship at a television station that Nan Dongcheng realized that he was not suitable for this job.

  So Nan Dongcheng went to Shenyang to practice at Jin Zunyu's (now upgraded to "Deer Marble Tiles") Shenyang store.

  Nan Shunzhi, the chairman of Deer Marble Tiles, told Nan Dongcheng to go to the warehouse to study first. He believed that if Nan Dongcheng wanted to really enter the building ceramics industry, he must be advanced in the warehouse. Indeed, even the most common beige ceramic tiles, with different names of beige ceramic tiles placed in front of a small building ceramic white, he simply cannot distinguish which is which, and there is only one piece of yellow in front of him.

  But when he arrived at the Shenyang store and had not yet arranged for specific work, Nan Dongcheng saw that the designer in the store was using a computer to draw pictures and was very interested, so he made his own decision to learn design first. After making this decision, Nan Shunzhi agreed.

  In this way, Nan Dongcheng learned design software such as CAD, PHOTOSHOP, and 3D-MAX, and he had almost all the basic knowledge about computer design.

  Nan Dongcheng arrived in Shenyang in October 2014, and more than a month later, Ren Dahua came to Shenyang to sign for sale. Nan Dongcheng cooperates with colleagues in the headquarters planning department. This activity was very successful, with over one million yuan in cash received, becoming a miracle in Shenyang's ceramic industry.

  After the Shenyang celebrity signing event, Nan Dongcheng returned to school to prepare his graduation thesis.

  In April 2015, after the completion of his thesis defense, Nan Dong went to work at the headquarters of Deer Marble Tiles in Foshan to participate in the pottery expo. This is the first time he has seen Deer Marble Tiles Headquarters, which is more luxurious than Shenyang Dadong Store. Nan Dongcheng thought that Shenyang Store was already luxurious enough.

  After three months of training in the headquarters, in July 2015, Nan Dongcheng returned to Wenzhou to act as an agent for Deer Marble Tiles with his father Nan Shungui. At that time, Deer Marble Tiles had one store open in Wenzhou and one store (Red Star Store) was under renovation.

  In August of that year, Deer Marble Tiles participated in Wenzhou Family Fair, and Nan Dongcheng learned how to arrange exhibitions at this fair.

  Nan Dongcheng enjoys doing activities very much, and he organizes and participates in various activities in Wenzhou (mainly alliance activities). In the alliance activities, the Deer Marble Tiles's own signature and contribution to the alliance (the alliance attaches great importance to this) ranked in the top three. Therefore, whenever there are alliance activities, everyone invites Deer Marble Tiles to participate, and the brand of Deer Marble Tiles has opened up the market - at least in the industry and the designer circle.

  At that time, Deer Marble Tiles spent 10 months (usually only 2 months) alone in the decoration of its luxurious image store in the Red Star International Decoration Store. With its tall and imposing store and expensive product pricing (K gold brick is more than one thousand square meters), Deer Marble Tiles's new store shocked the market as soon as it appeared.

  Wholesale and retail sales of Deer Marble Tiles in Wenzhou reached 5 million yuan in 2015.

  By 2016, there will be nearly 20 single wholesale outlets for Deer Marble Tiles.

  In 2015 and 2016, Deer Marble Tiles became famous in Wenzhou.

  Recalling his performance back then, Nan Dongcheng stated that this was the first time his father, Nan Shungui, had operated a legitimate brand.

  Starting from 2017, Nan Dongcheng's ideas began to differ from his father's.

  Nan Shungui is a prominent figure in the local area, with its own traffic. Sitting in the store, there is business coming to you.

  Nan Dongcheng followed the thought of Nan Shunzhi, Chairman of Deer Marble Tiles, and learned from the main channel of Shenyang. He said, "I want to do long-term business, so I need to build a brand, and in terms of brand positioning, promotion, and connecting with designers, my work needs to be planned

  The father and son each held their own opinions, and neither could persuade the other. Both sides agreed to manage a store and conduct a PK.

  According to the agreement, the Dongfang Road store belongs to the father, Nan Shungui, and the Hongxing store belongs to the son, Nan Dong, Cheng.

  In fact, the sales volume of Dongfang Road store was twice that of Red Star store at that time.

  In 2017, when Nan Dongcheng took over the Red Star store, he found that the old employees in the store were even better than the boss, so he decided to replace them all and hire new employees. In September of that year, there were only two people in the store, Nan Dongcheng and his wife. In October, two new players were added and four people formed a small team, and a 5A management model was introduced, embarking on the path of team building.

  Although he has read more books than his father and held more positions in the construction industry than his father, Nan Dongcheng and others still lack experience in selling bricks directly to consumers.

  There are always difficulties, and once the goal is clear, temporary difficulties cannot stop Nan Dongcheng's footsteps. I personally swept the building and designed it myself. I personally took the lead in all the work of Nan Dong, and my friends were very motivated.

  In the second half of that year, the sales of Red Star stores increased, and Nan Dongcheng earned his first bucket of gold in his life. When it came to renovating the Italian Stone Museum in 2018, all the expenses were earned in the second half of 2017.

  The Red Star Store was renovated in the first half of 2018, and its performance completely exceeded that of the Dongfang Road Store after its re installation and opening, and it was even more stable by the end of the year.

  In October 2018, the Deer Marble Tiles Headquarters sent more than a dozen people to help and prepare to set up a designer salon in Wenzhou. This is the first time in Wenzhou's history that a designer event has been held in the hallway of the Red Star Macalline store. Nan Dongcheng is expected to bring in 50 designers, resulting in 70.

  In November 2018, Nan Dongcheng held two events on his own, and Red Star Macalline held one. In addition to the "Habitat Alliance" event on the field, there were naturally two or three orders left every day when he entered the store... Nan Dongcheng told Lao Lang that he had signed over 100 orders in November alone, which he couldn't even believe.

  The "battle" between father and son ended in a complete victory for Nan Dongcheng.

  From the opening and designer activities, Deer Marble Tiles has gained brand influence in Wenzhou through a series of activities, and its sales volume has doubled.

  In December 2018 and January 2019, approaching the Lunar New Year, it was the traditional off-season in the Wenzhou building materials industry. However, Nandongcheng took advantage of the victory and carried out three community activities and one alliance activity, with over 60 orders signed by the Red Star store. Even on January 11th, when the Chinese New Year holiday was about to begin, Nandong successfully engaged in group buying and signed more than ten more orders.

  In 2019, Nandongcheng opened community stores in Wenzhou, some of which were operated by distributors and some were directly operated stores. These stores were uniformly managed by Nandongcheng. The Dongfang Road store is still managed by Nanshan Guiguan, but all activities of Wenzhou Branch (including the Dongfang Road store) are organized by Nandong.

  However, Nan Dongcheng did not deny his father Nan Shungui's intention. When it comes to his father Nan Shungui, Nan Dongcheng claims that he brings his own traffic and even sells it while sitting in the store. So, all the projects of the Wenzhou branch are under the management of Nanshan Gui.

  After taking charge of the overall work, Nan Dongcheng was well versed in the situation of the entire branch company. He told Lao Lang that the Wenzhou branch alliance activity ranks first in Wenzhou, and the engineering share is also quite high. However, the integration only started to intervene last year. Although there are more than ten integration companies cooperating, the overall share is still very small. Nan Dongcheng made a comparison and found that the retail sales of the Wenzhou branch are basically ten to one in proportion to the overall decoration.

  So, Nandong Chenghui will seize the advantage of alliance activities and not relax, while also increasing the efforts to renovate the channels. For him, the goal is to become the "boss" of local ceramic tiles and make Deer Marble Tiles Super Anti-Scratch the first brand of Wenzhou marble tiles.
