In 2002, Zheng Zhouwei, a 15-year-old boy from Xingyi, left his hometown of Jingnan Town with his second brother and went to work at a construction site in Kunming.
However, due to his young age and stature, he was not allowed to go to the construction site yet, so Zheng Zhouwei cooked a meal for his colleagues for a year before he had the opportunity to go to the construction site.
At the beginning, I worked as a laborer, picking sand and ash, and tiles. I went from the first floor to the sixth or seventh floor, picking fifty or sixty times a day for a fee of 15 yuan. Life on a construction site is actually quite difficult. No matter how hard you work, you have to persevere because your family conditions are not good.
Zheng Zhouwei is a very intelligent young man who works while pondering the secrets involved.
After understanding it, in 2004, Zheng Zhouwei started working as a contractor himself. At that time, he was not yet eighteen years old, young and not tall enough, so he had to find someone else to cover the construction site for him. Zheng Zhouwei served as a foreman, leading a team of up to 20 to 30 people and up to 100 people. With a straightforward personality, he lived and fed alongside his workers (all from Yunnan), and everyone admired him.

In 2009, he switched to the main building and contracted a project in Shilin County, which took him a year and a half to complete. Zheng Zhouwei underestimated the difficulty of the project and ultimately lost more than 2 million yuan, with over 400000 yuan still confiscated.

In 2010, Zheng Zhouwei took on another project in Luan County, Hebei, laying tiles.
This project is very large, with a total project of 5 billion yuan. Zheng Weizhou involved more than 200 million projects, and he worked with people for four months. In the end, there was a dispute with the first party, and before the payment was settled, he left with the people.
In 2012, Zheng Zhouwei once again took over the 7-kilometer auxiliary project of the Guiyang section of the Guiyang-Guangzhou high-speed railway. This project cost over 2 million yuan, but not all of it has been collected (there are still over 200000 outstanding debts that have not been received so far).
In the autumn of 2012, Zheng Zhouwei returned to Xingyi and worked as a contractor for tiling until 2015.
This is a period of rapid economic development in Qianxinan Prefecture. Real estate in Xingyi City and surrounding counties has sprung up like mushrooms after rain, and Zheng Zhouwei has taken on many tile laying jobs.
Both pasting and selling tiles, the young man who used to earn 15 yuan a day has now become a young boss with millions of dollars in wealth.

However, the fate of Zheng Zhouwei changed in 2015.
The direct reason for this transformation is that it is too difficult to make project payments.
As mentioned earlier, whether it is the overall project in Shilin County, the tile laying project in Luan County, Hebei Province, or the project of the Guiguang High Speed Railway, Zheng Zhouwei has outstanding debts that cannot be collected. So, he wants to switch to the ceramic business because selling ceramics is basically cash in stock, and even if there is a slight debt, the amount is very small, completely within his own affordable range.
In October 2015, Zheng Zhouwei signed a contract with Deer Marble Tiles (then called Jin Zunyu), and won a 200 square meter store in Dashanghui Building Materials Market. Because he was completely ignorant of the business, Zheng Zhouwei had already invested over 200000 yuan in advertisements before the store was installed. Many people thought he was an experienced tycoon in his forties and fifties, but when they met, they realized he was a young man in his twenties, which was very shocking. Zheng Zhouwei is being crooked and upright.

Before the Lunar New Year in 2016, the Deer Marble Tiles store began its trial operation in Xingyi.
Due to his complete lack of professional knowledge and lack of training, Zheng Zhouwei did not place a single order in a month.。

On March 28, 2016, Dashanghui delivered the house, which was a great opportunity for Zheng Zhouwei. He conducted an activity where every homeowner who bought a house would give away 12 square meters of ceramic tiles upon entering the store, regardless of whether you bought them or not. Some customers came to verify the authenticity of the tiles, but after taking the 12 square meters of tiles sent by Zheng Zhouwei back, they felt that the products of Deer Marble Tiles were really good, and the boss kept his word, so he turned back and placed an order. In this way, 20 to 30 orders were signed for one event. Zheng Zhouwei's reputation for keeping his word has also spread.
He was very happy to tell Laolang that no one has ever complained about the quality of the Deer Marble Tiles products.
After a trial run, Zheng Zhouwei's mom and pop shop began to operate normally. In 2016, the sales of Deer Marble Tiles in Xingyi exceeded 3 million yuan.
During this period, Zheng Zhouwei self-studied design, construction site management, and after-sales management.

In order to further enhance the market share of Deer Marble Tiles in Xingyi, in November 2016, Zheng Zhouwei took a new store in Bohuang Home, with a contracted area of 1000 square meters, which was the largest store in Xingyi at that time.
In August 2017, Bohuang Home's new store was installed and began trial operation. On October 16th, a new store event sold for over 1 million yuan, and at that time, the entire team consisted of only four or five people.
The store influence of Bohuang Home is increasing, and by the first half of 2018, Zheng Zhouwei had removed his old store in Dashanghui.

It was Bohuang Home that made Deer Marble Tiles Headquarters see Zheng Zhouwei's determination, so the team led by Chairman Nan Shunzhi made every effort to help Zheng Zhouwei.
From June 1 to July 23, 2018, Deer Marble Tiles Headquarters participated in the preparation and channel development of Zheng Zhouwei's activities, and 40 people came to help. On July 23rd, the scheduled designer event was held as scheduled, with 76 designers present. This was the first designer event in Xingyi.
The successful hosting of this event has brought great benefits to Zheng Zhouwei, who claimed that 90% of the subsequent orders came from it. And this event also determined his strategic direction of going through the packaging channel.
Zheng Zhouwei is very willing to invest in developing the integration company channel. He provides bricks for free to the cooperating integration company, with a total investment of 800000 yuan.
Give and you will get back. Now, Zheng Zhouwei has collaborated with more than a dozen packaging companies, including five or six key ones and seven or eight semi packaging companies. The sales contributed by the packaging companies account for 70% of his total sales.

Zheng Zhouwei is very optimistic about the market in Xingyi, and he expects that within three years, more than 30000 new houses will appear in Xingyi. Based on an average unit value of 20000 yuan, this will bring in a sales volume of 200 million yuan for ceramic tiles.
Therefore, Zheng Zhouwei expressed optimism about the prospect of Deer Marble Tiles in Xingyi. He told Lao Lang that this year's sales will double compared to last year, and he will strive to double again next year, reaching sales of over ten million.
In order to achieve this goal, Zheng Zhouwei has been building a team since March this year. At present, his team consists of 4 people in the sales department, 8 in the design department and after-sales department, 1 clerk, and 1 store manager.

In terms of channel development, Zheng Zhouwei mainly focuses on the decoration of real estate developers (mainly local decoration companies), and he has decided to continue increasing investment - preparing to invest more than 3 million yuan, with the goal of achieving sales of 15 million to 20 million yuan.
In addition, Zheng Zhouwei is still building his own internet platform and is planning to promote the design software "Guju" to packaging companies and merchants. This software uses Deer Marble Tiles as design materials, so the promotion of "Guju" will further enhance the influence of Deer Marble Tiles in the local area.
